Our attraction businesses deliver passionate and engaging customer experiences across a number of sites in the UK. Each attraction is rated as 5* across all review platforms, a rating which is unmatched by other attraction providers.
The role is a flexible 32-hour per week basis with working from home options, offering you the perfect blend of career growth and personal time. With a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £38,000, dependent on your experience, this is your chance to spearhead an innovative industry and elevate your career.
Key Responsibilities:
📊 Strategic Analysis: Dive deep into business and marketing performance, identifying challenges and growth opportunities that will shape our success.
🎨 Campaign Leadership: Lead our existing marketing team in the development of strategic and creative campaigns that will captivate our target audience and drive results.
👥 Consumer Insight & Research: Undertake comprehensive consumer insight and research, refining our user personas across B2B and B2C markets to ensure our strategies resonate with our audience.
🚀 Digital Expertise: Possessing essential experience in SEO and digital ads, you will bring your expertise to the forefront, ensuring our online presence and campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
💼 Management and Leadership: Create, manage, and deliver marketing strategies while leading a team of marketing professionals in the execution of these strategies.

Required Experience and Skills:
✔️ Comprehensive knowledge of SEO and digital advertising within the marketing realm
✔️ Proven experience in creating, managing, and delivering successful marketing strategies
✔️ 2 Years’ experience in a leadership marketing role
✔️ Experience in running and managing PPC & digital ads
✔️ Budget management & planning (circa 200K)
✔️ Strong knowledge of all marketing aspects and areas
✔️ Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Work & Excel
✔️ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals
✔️ Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset
✔️ Driven, passionate, and motivated to contribute to the success of the attraction division
